Things i need to improve in my acting ability!!! 

I have always wanted to be able to sight read and i believe its key for any actor if you are going to an audition or in rehearsals because it makes you seem like a more disciplined actor and its much easier for a casting director to be able to see you as the role and this makes you more likely to be hired again,

also my projection needs to be really improved on i feel i am not loud enough on stage and if i raise my voice i start to slightly over act. and need to also learn about connecting more with someone if i am paired up or joined to a group because i feel i am being taken out of my element.
